$25 minimum order, excluding delivery fee.

What happens if your delivery falls on a holiday?

If your delivery happens to fall on a holiday. You will be notified with your new scheduled delivery date. We are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving. December 24th-January 2nd. If you have an emergency and need to schedule a pickup for a day we are closed. Please call or text (805)769-8639

What happens once the order is picked up from the driver?

Your garments are brought back to the warehouse and checked in. Then your order is updated into the system, at this point you will get an update notification. Letting you know exactly what we have received.

What is the turnaround time?

If you are only using our Fluff 'N Fold Service it is normally a next day delivery. If you have dry cleaning it normally takes 2-3 days for your garments to be cleaned and returned. Please note the system will notify you of your delivery date and time. If the scheduled delivery does not work for you, you can request for a time that suits your needs.

What preventative measures are we taking to protect you from Covid-19?

We recommend that you separate your Fluff 'N Fold. To ensure the safety of our staff, we will no longer separate garments. Place your garments into individual bags, based on how you would like them placed into our machines. Please remember to untie your socks. We no longer use cold water in our washing process. All garments are washed in hot water.

What products do we use on Fluff 'N Fold?

We use either Tide or Gain detergent. We do use fabric softener liquid and dryer sheets. We also have All Free Clear Detergent for sensitive skin upon request.
